Regional Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest (Remote) A growing industrial specialty chemicals company focused on sustainable solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales and customer partnerships across the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, Western Canada). This role will focus on developing and managing industrial water treatment and chemical programs across multiple industries, including food & beverage, manufacturing, mining, and municipal wastewater systems. The position is highly customer-facing and requires strong technical credibility within wastewater treatment operations. Food & Beverage rolodex is required. Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined sales territory across the Pacific Northwest Develop strategic customer partnerships and provide technical guidance on wastewater treatment solutions Identify and close complex water treatment opportunities across multiple industrial segments Implement chemical treatment programs and support ongoing service delivery Contribute to regional growth strategy and future team expansion Qualifications
10+ years of experience in wastewater treatment or industrial water treatment Strong background in technical sales and customer account management Experience supporting customers in industries such as food processing, municipalities, manufacturing, mining, or oil services Ability to travel ~50–70% across PNW How to apply
