Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Wichita, KS. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring needs, providing excellent product knowledge, offering recommendations, and answering inquiries. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the team to create an elevated in-store experience from conception to completion.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Proven sales skills, including consultative selling and meeting sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple clients and tasks
Knowledge of flooring solutions or similar products is a plus, but training will be provided
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and tools for handling sales transactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant coursework is an advantage
