We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. This role involves leveraging online internet sales opportunities to generate appointments to sales by engaging with customers and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn about the Toyota product, provide excellent customer service, and be willing to take direction. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize internet lead opportunities Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to facilitate sales Generate customer relationships Create appointments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system Follow the Sales Process as well as the delivery and follow up after sale Become Certified in the Toyota Product (we provide the resources needed) Qualifications
