
Customer Service Representative

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is seeking a driven, personable, and highly organized Customer ServiceRepresentative to join the customer service team in our Business Development Center. In this role, you will support both our Sales and Service departments, helping create the kind of “Wow-Ya!” experience that sets us apart.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales and service calls and respond to internet inquiries in a prompt, professional manner
Make outbound follow-up calls to sales leads generated from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and past showroom traffic
Contact customers regarding service reminders, declined services, and maintenance follow-ups
Schedule and confirm sales appointments and service appointments
Accurately input and manage customer data within the CRM and service scheduling systems
Communicate with both sales and service teams to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience
Follow up with no-show appointments, unsold sales leads, and prior customers for upgrade or service opportunities
Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and chat in a timely and friendly manner
Track daily activity, appointment setting, and conversions to meet individual and team goals
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction while representing the Beaver Toyota brand
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred (especially in sales)
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence with technology, CRM systems, and multi-tasking across platforms
High energy, outgoing personality, and a results-driven mindset
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
