Job Overview
West Coast PowerSports is the region’s premier powersports dealer. We are hiring a passionate, results‑oriented Sales Associate with experience in powersports, automotive, or RV dealerships.
Expected earnings potential: $50,000–$100,000 annually.
What We Offer
5‑day work week
Hours open 9 AM – 6 PM (no Sunday hours)
Weekly base salary of $400.00
Commission paid weekly
Weekly spiffs & bonuses
Paid training

Expectations & Responsibilities As a Sales Associate you will greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales. You will also maintain showroom appearance, meet sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications • Current or prior experience in powersports, automotive, or RV dealership sales. • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Bi‑lingual skills are a substantial advantage.
