We Offer
Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance‑based bonuses
Monthly bonus program depending on add‑on repairs
Pay raise following paid training completion
Direct four‑week track to Surface Repair Technician
No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
Paid holidays and paid time off
Weekly team meetings
Requirements
Hands‑on work experience – possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.
Hiring Process
Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants.
Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in‑person interview.
Within 7‑14 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch.
Duties
Visit 4 or more customers daily.
Complete jobs on‑site, providing top‑tier customer service and follow‑up.
Serve diverse clients from varying industries, including property management companies, hotels, moving services, and construction firms.
Customer Service and Communication.
Provide extraordinary customer service to property management staff and tenants.
Maintain records of work progress and relevant notes within our CRM/Dispatch system.
Resolve questions or issues by communicating with the support team.
Perform repairs by understanding our exclusive 5‑step process.
Use every tool in your customized tool‑kit.
Creatively repair damage by problem‑solving.

We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels … Almost everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing.
