Surface Experts Technician

A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: We offer: Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs Pay raise following paid training completion Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Weekly team meetings Requirements: Hands-on work experience
possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies. The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.
