Dyck O’Neal, a Prescott Group organization, played a key role in the 2025 acquisition of Rent Recovery Solutions. Since the acquisition, Rent Recovery has operated under new leadership with a renewed focus on operational discipline, performance accountability, and long-term growth.

This position is based in our Dallas office at Dyck O’Neal, where we manage and support Rent Recovery Solutions operations. We are seeking a high-performing Collector in Dallas to work as part of our Rent Recovery team and support our Atlanta-based staff.

The Role: This is a performance-driven collections role focused on recovering past-due rental balances on behalf of property owners and management companies.

You Will:

Speak with former residents to resolve outstanding rental debts

Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements

Document activity clearly and accurately

Follow compliance standards and call guidelines

Manage a daily call queue with purpose and urgency

This is not a “read a script and hope” environment. This is structured, coached, and metric-based. You will know what success looks like — and you’ll know where you stand.
