Financial Recovery Services is seeking qualified Account Manager candidates.
This position is responsible for contacting consumers with past due accounts, attempting to collect outstanding debts by negotiating repayment plans, maintaining detailed records of collection efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws while professionally interacting with consumers to recover overdue payments.
Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + performance bonuses
Schedule: Flexible shifts with occasional evenings/weekends for peak contact times

What to Expect In an Account Manager Role
This is an on-site position in a professional office environment. You’ll be seated at a workstation with a headset and computer, making and receiving calls throughout the day. Some flexibility is expected, including occasional evening or weekend hours to maximize contact opportunities.
As an Account Recovery Specialist, You’ll:
Manage an assigned list of past-due accounts and follow up via phone and email
Help customers understand and resolve outstanding balances
Use our Collection Resource System (CRS) to record conversations and update accounts
Track progress and work toward individual and team collection goals
Use skip tracing tools to locate updated contact information when needed
Ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other state laws
Don’t Have Experience? No Problem!

Learn our collections software and tools (CRS, CBR, Fast Data)
Build confidence handling consumer calls
