Parts Sales Associate
Join Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis as a Parts Sales Associate, where you will be an essential part of our team ensuring customers receive the highest quality parts and exceptional service. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of automotive parts to assist customers, manage inventory, and support the service department in maintaining efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using dealership systems.
Maintain organized inventory and manage stock levels to meet customer and service department needs.
Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Stay updated on the latest Audi parts and accessories.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with inventory management and dealership software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
