In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and technicians looking for automotive parts and accessories. You will play a vital role in ensuring parts are accurately identified, sourced, and delivered to support our service operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, assisting with their parts inquiries and orders.

Identify and source automotive parts and accessories accurately using computer systems and catalogs.

Process sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to ensure timely part availability.

Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.

Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and usage as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to use computer systems and parts catalog software proficiently.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
