We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, organization, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

What You’ll Do Customer Service & Communication
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company policies
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, resolving directly or escalating when appropriate
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within company systems
Inside Sales & Revenue Support
Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers
Promote additional services and upgrades to existing customers
Convert prospective inquiries into scheduled service appointments
Support company revenue goals through proactive customer engagement and service recommendations
Administrative & Operational Support
Ensure accuracy of customer records and service details
Utilize company scheduling and CRM systems effectively
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned
This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients depend on.
High school diploma or GED required.
Background checks and drug screening required (excluding Marijuana and THC).

Qualifications Education & Experience
Six months to one year of customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred
Experience in a high-volume call environment strongly preferred
Must obtain and maintain a valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator (Core) License within a company-designated timeframe (training and preparation support provided by Braman)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn and effectively use company scheduling and CRM systems
Basic mathematical skills, including percentages, ratios, and general calculations
Language & Reasoning Skills
Ability to read, write, and comprehend routine correspondence and instructions in English
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Ability to apply sound judgment and follow written and verbal instructions
Work Environment
100% Office Based. Remote work is not available for this position
Extended periods of sitting
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and carrying light office materials
