What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Communication: Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner; provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company policies; respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, resolving directly or escalating when appropriate; communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery; maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within company systems.
Inside Sales & Revenue Support: Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers; promote additional services and upgrades to existing customers; convert prospective inquiries into scheduled service appointments; support company revenue goals through proactive customer engagement and service recommendations.
Administrative & Operational Support: Ensure accuracy of customer records and service details; utilize company scheduling and CRM systems effectively; adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards; support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients depend on.
