We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing property portfolio with full operational and financial accountability. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong leadership, advanced systems knowledge, and confidence managing property financials. AppFolio proficiency and bookkeeping experience are essential. If you are organized, financially minded, and comfortable leading staff while protecting owner profitability, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilites: Portfolio Performance & Leasing
Maintain strong occupancy and leasing performance
Minimize vacancy time and oversee efficient property turns
Ensure timely marketing, showings, and lease execution
Monitor rental pricing and market positioning
Oversee rent collection and minimize delinquency
Enter, review and approve bills, vendor payments, and owner disbursements
Ensure accurate monthly owner statements and reporting
Manage expenses to protect owner profitability
Coordinate payroll processing
Owner Relations
Serve as primary point of contact for property owners
Provide proactive updates on leasing activity, maintenance, and financial performance
Advise on rental rates, improvements, and strategic positioning
Team Leadership & Operations
Supervise leasing staff, maintenance coordination, and administrative personnel
Hold team accountable to performance standards and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of property management experience
Strong bookkeeping and financial oversight experience
Proficiency in AppFolio
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Proven leadership experience
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
