Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Greater Boston. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of multifamily residential properties, ensuring smooth property functions and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include the implementation of business plans, management of budgets, tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, lease administration, and overseeing property staff. The Property Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations and delivering strong financial performance for assigned properties.
Qualifications
Property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and budget management
Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and vendor management
Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and achieving operational targets
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for multifamily properties
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Property management certification (such as CAM or ARM) is a plus
