Overview
We are seeking a customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support Medicare Advantage members by providing clear, accurate, and compassionate service. This role is ideal for individuals with call center experience who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and empathetic customer service to Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls
Assist with benefits, coverage, and claims‑related questions
Interpret and explain policy provisions clearly and accurately
Research, investigate, and follow up on member issues to ensure timely resolution
Advocate for members while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Document interactions accurately using internal systems
Qualifications
Prior customer service, call center, or contact center experience
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Effective problem‑solving and customer issue resolution skills
High level of empathy and patience
Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
