What You’ll Do: Lead Daily Operations
Oversee leasing, customer service, collections, and maintenance coordination
Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating efficiently
Convert inquiries into rentals using effective sales strategies
Upsell units and ancillary products
Monitor occupancy and implement local marketing initiatives
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
Respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Resolve concerns and disputes with confidence and care
Build strong relationships with tenants and vendors
Stay Organized & Data-Driven
Utilize StorEdge property management software
Track occupancy, revenue performance, and key operational metric
Maintain accurate contacts, records, and reports
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of property management or related experience
Retail, hospitality, or sales background preferred
Strong sales and closing skills
Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
