Job Summary This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your relationship building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within, based on performance. Though this program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, there is opportunity to complete it in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Essential Functions
Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
Manage all rental asset processes to include vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the customer base
Additional Responsibilities
On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will perform the role of On-Call Representative as determined by Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
High energy, self‑motivated, self‑directed and able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices
Possess a high degree of common sense and aptitude to learn quickly
Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
Computer literate (intermediate required)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (business administration or similar related degree)
One (1) year or more customer service with issue resolution experience preferred
Computer literate (intermediate required)

Pay Type Salaried
Minimum Pay Range $55K
Maximum Pay Range $60K
