The Opportunity We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager

to lead and scale sales performance across our Southeast markets. This high-impact role carries full responsibility for building and leading regional sales teams, driving accountability, implementing The FLP Sales Framework, coaching top talent, and owning regional revenue performance.You’llhelp shape sales culture, increase close rates, and grow a disciplined, high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals

Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations

Monitor KPIs, including close rate, average ticket, revenue per rep, and pipeline health

Ensure consistent adoption of The FLP Sales Framework

Develop performance improvement plans as needed

Partner with operations for seamless sales-to-installation handoff

Report forecasts and performance insights to executive leadership

WhatWe’reLooking For

5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proventrack record

Experience building and scaling sales teams

Strong consultative sales skills

Data-driven, KPI-focused mindset

Background in home services, home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred

Comfortable traveling across Southeast corporate markets

Professional, structured, and performance-oriented leadership style

Performance-based bonuses and uncapped commissions
