Position Overview The Sales Advisor will play a key role in converting qualified prospects into long-term clients while building trusted relationships through a consultative advisory approach. This individual will work closely with internal planning and service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support for new clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions as they plan for retirement and long-term financial independence.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with qualified prospects and guide them through the firm’s consultative advisory process

Convert prospective clients into long-term relationships through thoughtful discovery and needs-based solutions

Clearly communicate the firm’s planning philosophy, investment approach, and client service model

Collaborate with internal financial planning and client service teams to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience

Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

Track and manage prospect activity and client engagement through CRM systems

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth initiatives

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service

Qualifications

Previous experience in financial advisory, relationship management, or consultative sales within financial services

Strong ability to build trust and develop meaningful client relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
