Role Description About the Role International Media Products (IMP) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has strong organizational skills to support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate quotes
Support outside sales team with order processing and customer follow-up
Maintain CRM records and customer data accuracy
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics
Qualifications
2+ years inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Experience in labeling, packaging, or thermal transfer ribbon industry is a plus
