Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include generating new leads, managing accounts, converting leads into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities Regular communication with potential and existing customers to offer customized solutions and support throughout the sales process Convert new and existing leads into acquisitions appointments Qualifications Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Basic CRM Management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
