Overview

We are looking to add three more people to our Inside Sales Team. No direct home sales experience is necessary, and NO license is needed as you’re buying on behalf of our company. We have an inbound stream of warm and hot leads and we need professional closers. Our company is a private investment firm buying 20–25+ properties each month. We are hiring three Real Estate Acquisitions Inside Sales Representatives to support expansion. The role involves high activity with inbound leads and a focus on closing deals in a relaxed, informational selling environment. Responsibilities

Constant contact with client prospects, relentless follow-up, overcoming objections, creating win-win scenarios, and thinking creatively to close deals. Build massive rapport with prospects and seal the deal, while maintaining a non-pushy sales approach. Engage with leads and manage follow-up across multiple scenarios, including training inputs and ongoing self-improvement. Represent the company in client interactions, ensuring trust and alignment with company capabilities. Qualifications

Strong sales skills and the desire to talk to people all day, with drive, desire, and persistence to close deals. Backgrounds from various industries are welcome if you can prove selling ability; direct home sales experience is not required. Ability to build rapport with a 55+ client demographic. Compensation and Training

For the first 8 weeks of training, you will receive a $600 weekly stipend. After training, base salary is $45,000–$50,000 DOE plus upside commissions. Typical earnings range from $125,000–$140,000, with $175,000+ achievable for top performers. Pay structure is based on two factors: locking up as many properties as possible using our methods, and buying properties at favorable prices to create win/win scenarios. Perks and Benefits

We work in the office from 9:00–18:00, and we will ALWAYS take calls when clients do business. This may include after-hours or weekend coverage as needed. We do not work late nights or weekends routinely, but you must be available when clients call to land deals.
