Overview
We are looking to add three more people to our Inside Sales Team! No direct home sales experience is necessary, and NO License is needed (or even wanted) as you're buying on behalf of our company. We have an endless stream of inbound warm and hot leads, and we need professional closers! What you will do: Constant contact with client prospects, relentless follow-up and overcoming objections Creating win-win scenarios and thinking creatively to close deals Build massive rapport and follow up to move opportunities forward Seal the deal in a relaxed, informational sales approach Manage lead flow and coordinate with the CEO and Sales Manager Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with strong sales skills who love talking to people and have the drive, desire, and persistence to close deals. We welcome diverse backgrounds as long as you can demonstrate selling ability. Prior home-sales experience is not required. For example, candidates from various fields (e.g., machinist, online marketing, pawn shop ownership) have succeeded here. The role requires the ability to engage with a client base of around 55+ years old, build trust, and communicate effectively. This is a full-time role aimed at long-term career growth with advancement opportunities. Compensation
Compensation is described as follows: for the first 8 weeks of training, you will receive a $600 weekly stipend. After training, base salary is $45,000-$50,000 DOE plus commissions. Ongoing earnings potential is highly variable and based on performance, with $125,000-$140,000 typical and $175,000+ attainable for high performers. Your pay structure is based on two factors: Locking up as many properties as possible using our methods Buying properties at favorable prices to create win/win outcomes Perks
