This individual will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan once the store opens on June 1st!

Responsibilities

Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.

Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.

Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist in car sales - main focus is creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower teams.

Appraise trade ins.

Stock in vehicles.

Proper safe handling of sensitive client information.

Lot management/merchandising.

Qualifications

Sales Manager experience is required.

Nissan experience is preferred.

English/Spanish bilingualism preferred - comfortable reading/speaking Spanish.

Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.

Leadership-focused.

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record.

Compensation Starting at $150K+ based on meeting performance metrics.

Hours

Weekend availability required.

This is a full-time position.

Monday through Friday hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating shifts 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Every Saturday from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
