
Pre-Opening Sales and Leasing Consultant Opportunity - North Austin Nissan

North Austin Nissan is the first open point dealership in Continental Automotive Group's history. This role will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan when the store opens on June 1.
Responsibilities
Identify customers’ needs and motivations, pair them with the correct vehicle, conduct product presentations, perform demonstration drives, and guide customers toward purchase.
Continuously improve vehicle and process knowledge and educate customers on products and processes.
Assist customers at initial contact, provide professional follow-up, and support after purchase.
Maintain meticulous input of information into the database and follow up by phone, email, and documented communication.
Learn and understand vehicle financing and present financing options to customers.
Progress to an elite product specialist capable of managing the full sales experience, including ancillary financial products and signing of purchase documents.
Complete paperwork and reporting with meticulous attention to detail; create purchase agreements, appraisal information, and credit applications in adherence with guidelines.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, ability to follow directions, punctuality, customer focus, and a growth mindset.
Miscellaneous: Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record, social security card, completed job application, and completion of drug screening.
Must be at least 18 years of age. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Training pay: $4,000 per month guaranteed during training; compensation is commission-based thereafter.
