Mission Lead our sales strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and drive revenue growth across diverse markets, including maritime, humanitarian, military, and consumer sectors.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead the go‑to‑market strategy for a new system in the B2B and Retail Sales Channels and execute to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in maritime, humanitarian, and retail markets.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with Development and Production teams to set demand plans and production targets aligned with company goals and act as the voice of customer to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.
Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Represent Vital Lyfe at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in the water treatment, desalination, maritime, or consumer technology industries.
Existing network of distributors or partners in relevant markets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
