Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking a Manager, Sales Insights & Development, responsible for shaping, leading and optimizing sales analytics, in addition to contract coordination and sales development efforts. This role will report directly to Crystal Chapman (Director, Commercial Strategy).

HOW YOU WILL HELP US DELIVER EXPERIENCES THAT MATTER (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) This instrumental leader will help to set the vision for and lead a team in developing metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis enabling strategic decisions that directly impact our company’s success. WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Manage contract administration for all agencies’ agreements. Develop and maintain commission structures and internal/external incentive programs and performance tracking.

Lead the development and innovation of reporting and analytics tools providing insights to internal teams and external partners to drive performance

Drive performance based on key metrics such as revenue contribution, engagement, and growth potential.

Monitor industry, agency, and partner performance trends to identify risks or opportunities with actionable recommendations.

Drive collaboration with field sales team to maximize opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in product, sales, revenue management, IT finance, and legal teams to align partner strategies with business goals.

Deliver clear insights on strategic initiatives and compelling business cases to leadership to shape the business.

Mentor and coach a team to deliver tools and insights to support the product and sales organizations while developing a positive team culture.

OTHER DUTIES:

Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Follow all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.

This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. SALARY $64,178 – $110,562 annually

WORK ENVIRONMENT Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

TRAVEL Domestic travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

3 years of professional experience in business. development, analysis, strategy, or related field.

3 years of management/supervisor role experience required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.

Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with keen attention to detail and follow through.

Proven ability to efficiently navigate ambiguous business problems with undefined outcomes.

Ability to navigate complex industry landscapes and advocate for commercial improvements.

Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

Experience in travel industry, partner engagement, or sales functions preferred.

Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, SQL or similar tools preferred.
