Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Data and Business Solution Lead who can drive data-informed strategies through cross-domain engagement and leading integrated systems and process design. This role will focus on Delta Air Lines' payment and financial document systems and capabilities.
This role bridges data insights and business architecture to deliver scalable solutions and ensure their long-term success.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Improvedata and analytical capabilities across Delta's retail spaces, with focus on paymentsand financial documents
Shapefuture investments through quantified analysis and actionable insights
Representand drive payment and financial document system architecture decisions incross-domain portfolio meetings
Leadcontinuous improvement of both analytics and business architecture across thesespaces
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Data& Analytics
SQL and SAS experience and expertise is required
Expertisein utilizing data tools to structure and extract data for reporting and analysis
Provenability to analyze and quantify business and technology investments to inform strategicdecisions
Experiencecreating dashboards, data-driven reports, and predictive models
BusinessSystem Architecture
Experiencedesigning business process flows and aligning enterprise systems to support strategicobjectives
Experienceand expertise in enterprise system integration
Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
BA/BSor advanced degree(s) in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Statistics,Mathematics, Operations Research, and/or Computer Science
Workingknowledge of airlines and airline commercial data
Experiencein multiple quantitative fields such as Finance and IT
Capableof managing multiple projects with limited supervision and making well- informedpriority tradeoffs
Abilityto work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive environment with limited supervision
Resultsoriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detailand follow through
