Responsibilities Estimate Preparation:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
Quantity Take-offs:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs (material count) from construction drawings or client requirements.
Cost Analysis:
Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements, ensuring all project expenses are accounted for.
Bid/Proposal Development:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on detailed bids.
