
Personal Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing AI startup, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support two Co-Founders. This is a high-trust role that will work closely with leadership to ensure their day-to-day schedules, logistics, and priorities run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting executives with a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities.
Please note this is an onsite, temp-to-perm role based in San Francisco. Pay will be $100k-$110k/yr.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for both Co-Founders
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Schedule appointments, reservations, and assist with event logistics
Provide personal and administrative support including research, errands, vendor coordination, and other ad hoc tasks
Assist with personal projects such as apartment searches or other logistical needs
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues as they arise
Occasionally assist with additional team support as needed
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience supporting busy executives in a personal or administrative capacity
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and strong discretion
Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of tasksComfortable managing up and working closely with leadership
Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset
Availability to assist outside of standard business hours when needed
