We’re hiring an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team at LeadEngine. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience working with financial advisors or within the financial services industry and understands how to communicate with advisors in a compliant, professional environment. LeadEngine helps financial advisors use LinkedIn to generate qualified conversations and new client opportunities. The setter plays a critical role in our client acquisition process. What this role requires: Proven experience setting appointments Direct experience working with financial advisors or in the financial services industry Comfort with cold calling and text-based follow-up Strong organization and a structured follow-up process Ability to manage your own pipeline and activity without constant oversight Clear, professional communication This role involves: Outbound calling and follow-up Managing conversations via phone, text, and LinkedIn Qualifying prospects before booking calls Protecting the calendar by ensuring quality meetings Handling objections professionally and confidently We are looking for someone who understands the advisor mindset, is comfortable discussing timing and investment alignment, and knows how to move conversations forward without being pushy.
