What You’ll Do
Professionally answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
Collect accurate service details and coordinate timely dispatch
Provide clear communication and real-time updates to customers
Use GPS systems to deliver accurate ETAs
Assist customers with vehicle release procedures
Remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
