
Listing Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Responsibilities
Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals Prepare all listing information, including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation, and send to the real estate broker for file compliance Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible, and customers are satisfied Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to the executed purchase agreement Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc. Consult & coordinate with sellers on all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, & marketing activities Obtain all necessary signatures on the listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation Coordinate showings & obtain feedback Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker via Paperless Pipeline file compliance Input all necessary information into the client database and transaction management systems Qualifications
Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred Has basic computer skills and is proficient in Microsoft Excel
