$60,000 – $70,000

About Nimi Hotels Nimi Hotels is a growing boutique hospitality platform redefining the Madison lodging experience. Our flagship property, The Dylin, is a premier boutique hotel offering residential-style accommodations in the heart of downtown Madison.
With a second Madison property opening in early 2027 and additional projects in development, this is an opportunity to help build a brand and sales platform from the ground up.
Role Overview We are seeking a driven, high‑energy Market Sales Manager to lead corporate, institutional, and weekday sales growth across the Madison market.
This role owns all RFP activity, builds high‑value relationships, drives Monday–Thursday occupancy, and positions Nimi Hotels as the preferred boutique lodging partner for healthcare systems, universities, technology firms, financial institutions, and public‐sector accounts.
This is a market‑facing, entrepreneurial role with autonomy, ownership, and upward trajectory.
Core Responsibilities
Corporate & Institutional Sales Leadership:
Own all corporate and institutional sales activity in the Madison market.
Drive measurable Monday–Thursday occupancy growth.
Establish preferred corporate rate agreements and long‑term partnerships.
Conduct proactive prospecting, networking, and in‑person relationship development.
Manage and respond to all RFPs.
Track account production and manage pipeline performance.
Market Presence & Community Integration:
Become fully embedded within Destination Madison, Downtown Madison Inc., and Chamber networks.
Participate in relevant industry and community events.
Maintain awareness of competitive positioning and rate strategy.
Act as a visible ambassador for the Nimi brand in the Madison market.
Mews PMS & Sales Systems Ownership:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Mews PMS, including corporate rate setup, block management, pickup tracking, and production reporting.
Collaborate with leadership on pricing alignment and account strategy.
Maintain disciplined tracking of production, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Revenue Growth, Marketing & Guest Engagement:
Design and implement web‑based promotions and guest messaging campaigns.
Identify creative weekday demand initiatives and packaging strategies.
Manage and contribute to social media presence in coordination with leadership.
Coordinate with third‑party marketing agency on messaging and landing page optimization.
Recommend innovative revenue strategies that improve brand awareness and performance.
Strategic Growth Alignment:
Assist in pre‑opening sales strategy for the second Madison property (2027).
Help develop scalable sales frameworks for future Nimi assets.
Identify new verticals and untapped demand segments.

Clear account prioritization strategy.
Active RFP participation and prospecting cadence.
Strong pipeline development.
6–12 Months
Measurable lift in Monday–Thursday occupancy.
Signed preferred agreements with anchor accounts.
Recurring production from key accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–4 years of hotel, hospitality, or B2B sales experience.
Strong understanding of corporate RFP processes.
Proficiency in Mews PMS preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a lean environment.
Energetic, persuasive, relationship‑driven personality.
Highly organized with strong follow‑through.
