Residential Plumber

Alternative Air is looking to add experienced and skilled Residential Plumbers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing plumbing systems in new residential construction projects and remodels, ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems according to plumbing codes and specifications

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for homeowners

Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings

Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and non‑metals

Install and repair plumbing fixtures and residential plumbing systems

Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications when needed

Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards

Maintain a clean, organized job site and provide excellent customer communication
