
Account Sales Manager
Total Nutrition Technology -TNT, Leesburg, FL, United States
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Understand client needs and ensure solutions meet their business objectives.
Sales & Business Development Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients. Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and expand product offerings. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Account Management Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and quality to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Market & Product Knowledge Maintain knowledge of company products, market trends, and industry developments. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and competitive activity.
Customer Support Resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a high level of service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Experience 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. Experience in manufacturing, food industry, or private label environments is a plus.
Skills Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
