We are seeking a qualified
Account Specialist I
located at our Brierfield, AL facility. This position provides highest level customer service to customers by collaboratively working with Sales team, including Sales Directors, Regional Managers, Account Specialists and Sr. Account Specialists. This role is primarily responsible for supporting Sales team with quotes, scheduling and order entry and other transactions for assigned region.

Principal Responsibilities
Manages quoted customers for assigned region
Basic Power Bi Skills
Basic Microsoft Suite Skills
Prioritize incoming emails and tasks in order to meet deadlines
Proactively communicates pertinent information with cross functional teams and Supervisor as required
Maintain basic pricing trends within assigned region
Works with Sales Support Specialist for Master Data requests
Ability to communicate with customers
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One or more years general administrative support; 2 or more years of customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
Capability to multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Ability to work in a team environment and interface interdepartmentally
