Provides highest level customer service to customers by collaboratively working with Sales team, including Sales Directors, Regional Managers, Account Specialists and Sr. Account Specialists. This role is primarily responsible for supporting Sales team with quotes, scheduling and order entry and other transactions for assigned region.
Manages committed customers with and without inventory less than $5m annually
Basic Power Bi Skills
Basic Microsoft Suite Skills
Basic Inventory Management
Manage Basic Consignment inventory with 1 - 4 locations
Proactively puts together and understands basic price adjustment
Assists with RFQ's for assigned contract customers
Prioritize incoming emails and tasks in order to meet deadlines
Proactively communicates pertinent information with cross functional teams and Supervisor as required
Works with Sales Support Specialist for Master Data requests
Ability to communicate with customers
Assist with special projects as needed
