Typical Day of an Outside Sales Representative

You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided).

During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager,

Build rapport with the property manager.

Walk through a unit to assess opportunities.

Educate on our services and book repairs.

Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work.

Ten‑minute check‑in with the Owner.

Qualifications

Strong rapport skills and persistence.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided.

About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all‑inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels … almost everything!

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long‑term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.

Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
