Position Overview As a Sales Intern, you’ll be on the front lines—talking to real customers, helping book moves, and learning how to confidently sell without being “salesy.” You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different teams work together behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. If you’re good with people, quick on your feet, this role gives you real experience you can use anywhere. Think of this as a chance to strengthen your people skills and learn how to turn conversations into solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Departmental Learning:
Attend meetings and training sessions to gain an understanding of various departments
Shadow managers and directors to explore their roles and contributions to the company
Sales & Customer Interaction:
Manage reservation queues and handle sales calls
Engage with customers professionally to address inquiries, promote services, and close sales
Effectively upsell additional services such as packing, unpacking, and Movits containers
Administrative Support:
Document customer interactions and sales leads in our database system
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a university program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Eager to learn and embrace new challenges
Reliable transportation to and from work
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $16/hour
