
Midwest Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time, remote, individual contributor sales role coveringtheMidwest territory.
Thisis a hands-on, outside sales role focused on driving new business, growing existing accounts, and expanding market presence.
Ifyou’rethe kind of salesperson who would rather be in front of customers than behind a desk , this role is for you.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with distributors and end users
Conducting product demos and on-site presentations
Managing your territory likeit’syour own business
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consistent activity and follow-up
RepresentingGas Clip Technologies at trade shows and industry events
Tracking activity and opportunities in CRM
This role requires regular travel within the territory and a proactive, self-driven approach to sales.
This role IS for someone who:
Is motivated by growth, commissions, and winning new business
Enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and opening doors
Thrives in an independent, results-driven environment
Wants responsibility for a territory — not direct reports
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales , account management, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Experience using CRM tools and sales software
Willingness to travel regularly throughout theMidwestregion
Valid driver’s license
Gas detection, safety, oil & gas, or industrial experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent real-world sales experience.
