The Sales Operations Specialist I position is part of the Sales Ops - Systems team, which operates within the broader Sales Operations Department. This structure ensures alignment between sales strategy, operations, and enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and efficiency. Primary Responsibilities This position will provide support and training to our Showroom teams across the country, provide analysis to distributor leadership, and collaborate with multiple departments at our corporate offices to deliver projects to meet deadlines. Core responsibilities will include:
Lead Training & Development
Deliver engaging technical and soft‑skills training for showroom consultants and managers
Help teams execute a luxury customer experience
Provide structured, empathetic coaching and follow‑up
Facilitate presentations at Showroom Manager & Consultant Conferences
Support Showroom Operations
Conduct showroom support visits annually
Maintain strong partnerships with Showroom Managers & their teams
Build trusted relationships with distributor leadership and showroom teams
Support new consultant onboarding and additional training visits as needed
Drive Process Improvement
Learn current showroom and sales processes; identify gaps and opportunities
Ask the right questions to uncover root causes
Develop solutions, build implementation plans, and execute them
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Inside Sales, TSMs, and Operations
Influence without authority through trust and credibility
Analyze & Report Performance
Track Purchase Funnel effectiveness through Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
Review quarterly PTP performance and identify trends
Share insights and recommendations with showroom leaders
Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
Strong presence and confidence leading group training sessions
Empathetic, structured communicator
Curious, relationship‑focused, and highly collaborative
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical mindsetMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyAbility to travel domestically up to 40% of the year
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of sales operations, customer service, or marketing experience
Experience developing and executing professional training programs
Experience collecting and acting on trainee feedback
Technical proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
