The Role We're looking for a dynamic, people‑first Showroom Consultant to be the face of our brands in our state‑of‑the‑art Cincinnati showroom. This is not a typical sales job — it's a chance to guide homeowners, designers, and trade professionals through one of the most exciting decisions they'll make: building their perfect kitchen. You'll consult, connect, and create lasting relationships, matching clients with the right products for their lifestyle, aesthetic, and space. What You'll Do

Own the showroom experience

— deliver exceptional, tailored consultations for every guest, whether scheduled or walk‑in.

Be the connector

— build genuine, trust‑based relationships with dealers, designers, and trade partners that drive mutual success.

Keep the momentum going

— follow up with clients to encourage referrals, repeat business, and long‑term loyalty.

Champion the brand

— maintain a beautiful, welcoming showroom environment that reflects the premium nature of our products.

Make the handoff seamless

— guide customers smoothly from showroom visit to product installation with clear communication and attention to detail.

Stay sharp

— continuously grow your product knowledge, incorporate feedback, and take initiative in improving the customer experience.

Bring the energy

— support showroom events, promotions, and team operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What You Bring

3+ years in retail sales , ideally in a luxury or high‑end environment — you know how to sell with expertise, not pressure.

Exceptional communication skills

— you're confident, clear, and compelling whether on the phone, in person, or in writing.

Strong organizational instincts

— you manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball, even on the busiest days.

A team‑first attitude

— you lift others up, take initiative, and bring a positive presence to everything you do.

Tech comfort

— experience with CRM or similar systems to track leads and customer activity.

A design eye

is a bonus — any background in design or merchandising is a plus, but passion and drive matter more.
