Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by securing new client appointments and building a sales pipeline through continuous prospecting. The role requires gathering client intelligence before the first appointment, developing a tailored program to meet client needs, and driving close rates. It also involves negotiating pricing, product, and equipment options and coordinating essential program demos.
Base Salary: $52,695–$56,000
Full benefits
Uncapped monthly commission with on‑target earnings of $100,000–$120,000 annually
Monthly car allowance: $500 + mileage reimbursement
Job Responsibilities
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory‑specific growth plan. Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management. Secure prospective client appointments via targeted telemarketing, drop‑offs, cold calling, and other sales strategies. Update the sales software database daily/weekly as advised by Sales Management. Prepare for client appointments by researching clients, tailoring sales materials, and utilizing available resources. Meet with prospective clients to secure their business. Conduct follow‑up client meetings to complete the sales process. Meet client timelines and deliverables for installation through close coordination with client partners. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service. Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned territory. Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach. Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from a CEO to a front office professional. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Valid driver’s license. About Aramark
