
Inside Sales & E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales & E-Commerce Manager to join our team and help us continue growing our customer base while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are a small, family-owned company specializing in corporate branding and promotional products. Our shop produces a wide range of custom items including:
Screen Printing
Direct-to-Film Printing
Signs & Banners
Vehicle Graphics
Heat Transfers
Promotional Products
Custom Branded Apparel
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you’ll interact with customers, manage online orders, and help improve our e‑commerce platforms. If you enjoy customer service, organization, and helping businesses bring their brands to life, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person, by email, and online
Respond to incoming sales emails and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Process e‑commerce orders and payments
Help manage and improve our online stores, including product listings and website appearance
Build rapport with customers and help guide them toward the best products for their needs
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across multiple projects
Assist with daily shop tasks and support the team as needed
What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
✔ Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests
✔ A self‑starter who takes initiative
✔ Passionate about learning new skills and improving processes
✔ A strong communicator with great customer service instincts
Experience in custom apparel, promotional products, or printing is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
Customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic website or e‑commerce experience (coding or web skills are a plus)
Understanding of production workflows or promotional products is helpful
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Type: Full‑time or Part‑time
