Role Description GreenHouse Outfitters is seeking a full-time Junior Account Manager to join our team on-site at our Tulsa, OK location. This role involves managing customer accounts, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting client projects, resolving client concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The Junior Account Manager will also assist in sales initiatives, provide product knowledge, and support the execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts and tasks
Proficiency in sales support and account management practices
Understanding of marketing strategies and promotional product solutions
Customer service experience and a commitment to client satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
Proficiency in basic computer software, CRM platforms, and data entry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
