A highly regarded institutional real estate investment platform is seeking a Transactions Analyst to support the execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across a large national portfolio. This role will partner closely with the investments, asset management, legal, and property management teams to coordinate property-level due diligence, manage transaction timelines, and support deal closings. The position offers strong exposure to institutional real estate transactions and provides the opportunity to work across a high-volume portfolio within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional with experience in transactions, acquisitions, capital markets, or investment sales who is looking to further develop their exposure to institutional deal execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and review property-level diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings including environmental reports, property condition assessments, surveys, title commitments, and lease documentation.

Organize diligence materials and maintain internal transaction trackers to support investment decision-making and closing processes.

Manage diligence timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed ahead of transaction deadlines.

Acquisitions Support

Assist the investments team with acquisition processes including coordinating diligence reports, gathering documentation, and supporting underwriting inputs when necessary.

Identify and summarize potential risks or issues identified during diligence review.

Dispositions Support

Support asset sales by coordinating transaction materials, organizing diligence packages, and assisting with buyer diligence requests.

Work closely with brokerage teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth marketing and closing processes.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams including investments, asset management, leasing, treasury, and property management.

Interface with outside legal counsel and third-party vendors throughout the transaction process.

Maintain transaction closing checklists and support all documentation required for successful closings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.

2–5 years of experience within commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, capital markets, investment sales, or asset management.

Experience supporting real estate diligence and closing processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
