The Role: You are the Bridge to Independence This is a dynamic, hands‑on role. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll be in the community, at job sites, and working 1:1 to ensure your clients thrive in the workplace.

Your Impact

Skill Building: You'll provide on‑site training and "task analysis" to help clients learn their job duties at their own pace.

Direct Support: Sometimes you'll jump in and work alongside your client to model high‑quality work and maintain a steady pace.

Relationship Management: You'll be the face of our organization, building positive rapport with local Muskegon employers and co‑workers.

Advocacy: You are the voice for empowerment, ensuring every client is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

What You Bring To The Table

Experience: You have a background working with individuals with disabilities, behavioral challenges, or traumatic brain injuries.

The "Coach" Mindset: You are patient, professional, and possess a strong work ethic that inspires others.

Flexibility: You enjoy a varied schedule and are comfortable with a mix of community‑based assignments.

The Essentials: High School Diploma (or equivalent), valid Michigan Driver's License, reliable transportation/insurance, and a clear criminal record. (Must be able to pass a TB test and CPR/First Aid training).
