Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone to Swedish-speaking clients
Effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns
Offer guidance to customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience
Work alongside your team to maintain the highest standards of service quality
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Retrieve and relay customer feedback to assist in improving services
Engage in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and service delivery skills
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and a strong command of English; additional languages are valued
Prior experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
Willingness to relocate to Malta and explore a vibrant new culture
A passion for gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a tremendous asset
